We are always on the lookout for skilled employees, whether you are looking for a:

  • part-time or summer position after finishing your studies, as a student, or
  • relevant industrial partner to write a bachelor's or master's thesis with.

Permanent employment

We are always on the lookout for skilled employees in our group and good candidates are encouraged to send an open application or apply for one of our job adverts. Examples of employees we are looking for are:

  • Office staff: management of rental portfolio and administrative work for the Group,
  • Craftsmen: work in one or more of our projects or maintenance of rental portfolio,
  • Team leaders and foremen: management of one or more work teams on the construction site,
  • Project engineers: various work related to progress, HSE, procurement and more related to the construction site,
  • Construction managers: construction management of one of our projects on site,
  • Project manager: project management of one or more of our projects.

Summer job and part-time position for students

Are you studying a construction- ir property related subject and looking for relevant work experience with the potential for permanent employment?

We encourage you to submit an open application for a summer job or part-time position alongside your studies.

Bachelor's or Master's thesis

Are you in the final phase of your studies and want to write your bachelor's or master's thesis about one of our projects? 
We have extensive experience in counselling students for their projects and in internships related to credits at their university, at bachelor and master level.

Our group can offer interesting topics on industry-relevant issues in our project. Topics can be related to specific issues in one of our projects, or new solutions that we want to investigate further. Some topics are linked to ongoing research collaborations with national and international institutions.

Relevant areas of expertise include:

  • Civil engineering (reuse, remodelling, reinforcement, etc.)
  • Environmental engineering (stormwater management, water and wastewater solutions, reduction of water consumption, etc.)
  • Energy systems (integrated energy solutions, life cycle analysis, decentralised energy networks, reduction of energy use in buildings, etc.)
  • IT (development of internal tools)

You are also welcome to suggest other subject areas or issues. Check with your study counsellor and send a request to us at karriere@nordic-group.no.

We have previously had students from NTNU, NMBU, HiØ, Fagskolen i Viken (formerly Fagskolen i Østfold), BI Norwegian Business School and others.
