Nedre Vaskegang is a project in Grünerløkka, one of the trendiest areas in Oslo. The project consists of 49 apartments and commercial premises in two buildings, one of which has been completely renovated and converted and the other newly constructed. The two buildings share a common roof terrace in beautiful surroundings overlooking the Akerselva river. The converted building was previously a chocolate production facility for Freia.
The buildings are located directly on the Akerselva river with good access to a blue river that flows through Oslo. The project was completed in 2016 and all apartments have been sold.
